If we have incomplete information, there may be a delay in processing your order, however we will do our best to quickly contact you to obtain missing information or photos.

After placing your order on-line, please send photos to photos@carlapie.com. Please include your last name in the subject line, i.e., Jones pictures

 

 

Photo must be a .JPG file Image size must be 1800 x 1200 pixels or larger Scanned Photos:

Scan your photo at 300 dpi Scan at 150% enlargement of the original photo size

 

YOU my also send us picture in the mail. If you are snail mailing a photo, please call us or email us.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS SUCH AS PHOTO BAGS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, and special order items ARE MADE or ordered JUST FOR YOU AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE nor can they be cancelled after (3) three business days of placing your order.  They do take from approximately 4-6 weeks (sometimes a week more, sometimes a week less as they go through a manufacturing process).
