We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards
CarlaPie accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. For non-custom orders, your card will be billed upon shipment of your order. We go to great lengths to protect our customers from credit card fraud, therefore please do not be offended if we call you to verify your online order. This is done for your protection! While we provide the safest online processing possible if you do not feel comfortable ordering online or prefer talking to a a customer service representative, please feel free to call us at 1-800-988-7790 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.
Money Orders and Checks
We accept money orders and checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of money order. For checks, your order will be processed, after receipt is received for clearance of funds. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Sales Tax
CarlaPie will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to California residents. For orders shipped outside of California you are solely responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CarlaPie reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Custom Orders
CarlaPie prides itself in being able to offer unique custom made items, customized to a customers preference. As such, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, these items are not in-stock and specific delivery allowance windows apply for each custom product. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CarlaPie shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CarlaPie shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CarlaPie shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
