Price Match Guarantee

Here at CarlaPie we like to give you the best deals around, however, sometimes our competitors beat our prices, which is why we offer a Price Match Guarantee (PMG). If you find an item on our website or in our store that is priced lower on one of our competitors websites, we’ll match their price. For example, if we're selling a diaper bag for $150.00 and our competitors are selling the same diaper bag for $140.00, we'll sell it to you for $140.00 so you've got a deal you'll want to brag about to your friends.

The Rules:

Item must be current years model
Item must be in stock
Item must not be on clearance
Price match is pre-rebate, pre-coupon price only
Item must be orderable online
Item must be sold through the original merchant's site, not an intermediary.
Merchant must be an authorized retailer per manufacturers “where to buy” section of their website.
Shipping costs are to be included when comparing the prices
Price match requests can only be submitted before you complete your order.
This offer does not apply to auction sites.

The Process:

Find a lower price on one of our competitor websites.
Send us an email with the subject "price match" to customerservice@carlapie.com .
Please include the following in your email:
Your Name
Item(s) you are comparing and respective prices
url of the store that has the item at a lower price
Once your order has been processsed and shipped we will not authorize a price match.
