If you are unhappy with your product for any reason and need to return an item to Carlapie, you may do so within 7 days from when you received your product and receive credit **. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility.
All sales are final after 14 days.
To return an item(s), call us at 800-998-7790 or email us at customerservice@carlapie.com for a return authorization number. This number must be included on the front of the package that you are returning and on the sales receipt enclosed in order to insure that your return is processed correctly.

Once the item(s) are received we will inspect the item(s) and process your return for credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Exchanges
If you are seeking to exchange the product, we will process as a return and the new product will be handled as a new purchase.
All Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags attached – No Exceptions. If we determine that the product has been used and its condition prevents us from re-selling the product as new, CarlaPie reserves the right to review the appropriate credit, if any, for your return.

Full-Priced Items:
You may opt for either store credit or credit to your original payment method provided the return is post-marked within 7 days from your receipt of the original order. If post-marked after 7 days and before 14 days, only store credit will be given. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping amount from your credit. If you were originally charged for shipping, this too will be deducted from your credit. All sales are final after 14 days.
Sale Items
You may receive store credit only for sale items provided the return is post-marked within 14 days from your receipt of the original order. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping amount from your credit. If you were originally charged for shipping, this too will be deducted from your credit. All sales are final after 14 days
Order Cancellations - Strollers and Car Seats
If you have purchased a stroller or car seat and decide to cancel your order after 72 hours, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price. This restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
Damaged Items
In case your product was damaged upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item for a new item or provide you with a store credit. The return must be post-marked within 7 days from original receipt of your order. If the item was received damaged, please call to notify us immediately. If your item was damaged from washing, we consider it used and we will not be able to provide you with a credit or exchange. All sales are final after 14 days.
On damage on larger items such as strollers, furniture, please call our store to discuss handling at 800-998-7790.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
We strongly suggest that all returns and exchanges are sent via insured mail. Pack and seal return securely and include a copy of your original receipt. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
Hair products, custom orders & swimwear sales are final. No returns on these items will be accepted.
CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS
CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS SUCH AS PHOTO BAGS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, and special order items ARE MADE or ordered JUST FOR YOU AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE nor can they be cancelled after (3) three business days of placing your order. They do take approximately 4-6 weeks (sometimes a week more, sometimes a week less as they go through a manufacturing process).
